Thank you Eric Castillo! On Friday 03/17/17 at approx 6 pm, I was greeted and met by Eric Castillo. Mr. Castillo showed me and my girlfriend some new and used Toyota vehicles. On Friday 03/17/17 at approx 6 pm, I was greeted and met by Eric Castillo. Mr. Castillo showed me and my girlfriend some new and used Toyota vehicles. He knew from the get-go that I was merely interested in looking at cars and not planning on buying. He understood and nonetheless still showed me around. We test drove some vehicles and together, we found a used Toyota Corolla 2016 Sport that had less than 7,000 miles. He showed me the Carfax and not once did he ever pressure me in buying the vehicle. I asked him if we could run some numbers and he was more than happy to do so. I surprised him with some numbers from Patelco Credit Union and Golden One. They were going to give me a 2.64 APR, but Eric managed to lower it to a 1.9% APR for a USED vehicle! Used! I told him that I was ready to buy the car that night. He showed me other paperwork and even managed to save me $500 from my down payment. Though his shift ended at 9 pm, he stayed with me every step of the way and walked me into my new car at 11 pm (well past closing hours). He set up my bluetooth for my phone, showed me how the car works, and gave me a lot of pointers. I couldn't be more happy. Not once did he make me feel pressured nor did he make me feel anything negative. His entire goal was simply to save me money and get a car that works for me. I like to give credit where credit was due and Eric certainly earned it. Thanks to his expertise, professionalism, and hard-work, I was able to obtain a new car that will surely last me many years.
