EXCELLENT EXPERIENCE!!! I went to Elk Grove Toyota to see if I might be able to qualify for financing on a used Scion Xb. When I came onto the lot Long was there to greet me I went to Elk Grove Toyota to see if I might be able to qualify for financing on a used Scion Xb. When I came onto the lot Long was there to greet me and convinced me to look into seeing if I would qualify for the new 2015 Scion Xb, I didn't have much hope because my credit is less than perfect but he worked INCREDIBLY hard for me and I was able to leave with a brand new car! I don't think anyone was as surprised as I was lol I had am awesome experience and I'm telling everyone who will listen about Elk Grove Toyota More

Great customer service & very knowledgeable I was interested in purchasing a car in the near future, and I already had the Prius in mind. I wanted to get a idea of the costs that would go into p I was interested in purchasing a car in the near future, and I already had the Prius in mind. I wanted to get a idea of the costs that would go into purchasing a brand new car. Adam, was very helpful with going over the step by step process, of going through a credit check, going over different options of payments, etc. He helped me make the best decision that was right for me and my financial well being. He was also very patient as I was going through my options and pros and cons of buying a new car on that day, since it was my first time. I returned later on in the day with my mom, as I would be trading in her car to get the new Prius, and again Adam was very patient, and explained everything to my mom the way he did with me. I found him to be very honest and personable, he even referred to my mom as "mom"! Which was sweet! It felt like we were just talking to a close friend or family member throughout the whole process rather than a sales person. He really connects with the customers and makes it very easy and comfortable to ask questions, which was a really good experience . By the end of the entire process, it was 10:30pm but Adam, and Jay were both helping me out without hesitating, so I really appreciate that. They definitely go out of their way for customers. Adam took a lot of steps to ensure that the Prius I wanted, was still going to be there when I returned later on that same day, as it was the only one in that color and model. I would definitely recommend dealing with Adam when shopping at Elk Grove Toyota! More
