My wife and I were hoping this wouldn't be one of those bait and switch deals as the price was already at the top of our budget and we didn't want to get into financing options. Luckily, I knew someone I could trust at EG Toyota, Joel Garcia. I know Joel to be an honest, hard-working, family man, values I feel are important! From start to finish, Joel made us feel comfortable throughout the whole process. Not once did he try to sway us from our "target" vehicle, even when we initiated a comparison with a higher priced 2015 model. He simply answered our questions, showed us the cost comparison, and didn't try to up-sell us. He didn't pressure us, nor waste our time. We were looking for a 2015 Highlander with some specific options added in. Although we thought we would have to wait for up to six weeks, we had our vehicle within just one week. Our vehicle was prepped for delivery and even when we were sitting with the finance manager, she asked that the service folks give it another look as she saw some smudges. We have a 2000 Toyota Sienna that has been just the best car ever and we are completely confidant that our new vehicle will be just the same. The atmosphere at Elk Grove Toyota was friendly and not that usual pressure cooker that it can sometimes be. I would recommend Elk Grove Toyota for your car buying needs. More

These folks service my 2009 Camry, and I take care of having Elk Grove Toyota service my parents two Toyota's ( 2009 Avalon and 2012 Rav 4) This trip was two fold. I had my mom's Avalon serviced and I met with Jeremy on a possible new Camry to replace my existing Camry, so that I can pass it onto my son for school. The Avalon was ready on time. Dave was great at explaining the service done. Jeremy was a great help and very knowledgeable with new vehicles. Jason, one of the Service Mgr's., I believe, happened to walk out in the Service area where the cars are waiting to get checked in and had a great conversation with me. It is a very nice feeling when you are called by first name as you walk up, and greeted friendly and professionally.
