Bad Experience with Brian Rea!! My wife and I wanted to buy a new Toyota Camry SE for the President's Day Weekend Sale. We got in touch with Brian Rea through the internet as he is My wife and I wanted to buy a new Toyota Camry SE for the President's Day Weekend Sale. We got in touch with Brian Rea through the internet as he is the so called Fleet manager. First of all when we went to him at the dealership in Elk Grove, they did not have the car with the interior color we were looking for- we were told that he was going to contact other toyota dealers and will get the car that we wanted. We were happy to hear that. He told us Folsom had 1, modesto had 3 of them and some other dealers had the car we were looking for. He told us that he had "30 years of experience doing this" So we were counting on him to find us our dream car. We went home hoping that he would call us with good news that he got the car, but he never called us so we went back to the ELK Grove Dealership asking for him the very next day, again he told us that he is still trying to find it. Apparently he said one of his guys is at another dealership but his not sure when he will be able to get the car. Are u kidding me??? we were on a time frame to get a car and he knew that!! So we waited another day.. finally he called us just to let us know that the car at Folsom dealer had been sold and he was going to contact Modesto dealer and let us know. But he was still not sure if he could get the car. Since he was taking his sweet time.. and we did not want to miss out on the presidents day sale ... we took the matter in our hands and called the Lodi Toyota dealership since it was next closest to Elk Grove and spoke with Greg. He told us to come over and start on the paper work as he was going to get the car from Modesto Toyota Dealer. He called Modesto Dealer right away and gave us the good news that the car is set up and will be ours for sure. I am very happy to say that we now own a brand new toyota camry se with the help of Greg with Lodi Toyota Dealer. We are very pleased with his services and the quick turn around. However till today Brian Rea has not called us even to let us know if he was even able to find a car for us. If we were still waiting for him to call us , we would still be without a car. We are very disappointed with his customer service. More
