I called first and I was informed that it was in stock, but when I arrived it wasn't on the lot. Walli, the salesperson, discovered that the car was damaged during a test drive and it was in the body shop. The first thing that came to my mind was bait and switch. However, I am certain that it was just a bit of bad luck on my part. Walli then showed me an LE Plus that was on sale for just under a thousand dollars more than the LE. However, it was silver and I did not want silver or red or white. They had an LE PLus in slate that was not on sale and Walli asked the sales manager John if I could purchase it for the sale price and he agreed. In the end, it was a win-win situation for me due to all of the extra features on the LE Plus. Since it had been a very long time since I last purchased a new car, I forgot all about the pitch for extended warranties, etc. However, there was no pressure. I purchased the alarm because it had a lifetime warranty and it worked with the existing keys. And, for the first time in my life, I purchased the protective interior and exterior coats due to my experiences with sap and other substances that ruined the paint on my Camry as well as the fact that I have twin sons... Walli and John and everyone else who helped me at Elk Grove Toyota were courteous and professional. It was a no pressure sale all around. I would purchase a car from Elk Grove Toyota again in a heartbeat. More

Great response from Internet inquiry I did all my shopping on the Internet via Toyota website and by email. I contacted all Toyota dealers in the Sacramento area within 50 miles. I alre I did all my shopping on the Internet via Toyota website and by email. I contacted all Toyota dealers in the Sacramento area within 50 miles. I already knew the options and features i wanted and was willing to wait for the right vehicle. Only two dealers responded quickly and direct to the point with pricing. Elk Grove was one of them. Jeremy Coffelt was the guy. He determined that their dealership had an incoming car from Japan that closely matched our needs. It just needed two options to be added. By having these options added at the port of entry, they are considered as factory installed options, which is lower cost than being installed at the dealership. There was no pressure from Jeremy. We waited 3 weeks and received our new car this weekend. Finance manager was also courteous and didn't play games. I am in the sales business, so I know all the tricks in this business. thumbs up. Chris from parts where I purchased the paint for the scratch was a joy to talk to. I love my Camry the staff are excellent examples of what customer services means which equals satisfaction.
