Elk Grove Toyota is THE BEST AUTO DEALERSHIP I have ever had to deal with. They are very accomodating and they are not pushy when it comes to selling a vehicle. I bought a 2011 Highlander and I Love my new SUV. Debra Jaynes was just as friendly as in years past when she assisted us. I'm going to keep this short. When I saw that 2010 RED toyota Hilander, I fell in love. Because it was "like New" with low miles and in terrific condition, the price was higher than I felt I could affort toyota Hilander, I fell in love. When I spoke with Martin Brown about my desires relative to use of the car and my financial circumstances he was so "there." Martin really listened. He was attentive, caring, compassionate and I felt he turly cared about me "first" way before selling a car. Martin communicated all necessary information to the sales manager and very quickly he came back with a price at which Elk Grove Toyota was willing to sell the car. Well, I'm a consumer and the negotiations had to go back an forth a bit. Never did Martin get frustrated nor did he try to push me into buying the car. He did however represent the car and the dealership well giving me good reasons why it would be a good investment. Unfortunately we were not able to come to an agreement on price/or payments. BUT, I left happy. I know that when I can afford the car that I really want, I would not hesitate to return to Elk Grove Toyota. I have to say that is in large part to the great customer service and care I received from Martin and the other sales staff. More

I have been treated very good in their service department and I surely recommend it to my friends and family. So when I purchased again another car in 2008, I did not hesitate to buy it from Romy Cruz again in Elk Grove Toyota. I really appreciated it when Martin Brown took the opportunity to host a light buffet dinner for the new Toyota car owners and guided us thru all their dealersip's services. I purchased again another Toyota Prius last Oct. 2010 and guess what, same personnel who helped me before assisted me again for the third time. They really have earned my trust when I'm buying a new car. Keep up the good job to both of you Romy and Martin. A few months ago my transimission went out. I went to a private repair shop where I was told my transmission would need to be replaced for $2000. At that time, I was not in a position to spend that kind of money and didn't know where to turn. A co-worker recommended that I speak to Martin Brown as they had a similar problem with their Toyota that he had helped resolve. I called Martin and while it turned out he didn't work in the Service Dept, he encouraged me to bring the car in and assured me that if there was any way to repair the vehicle for less they could do it. As it turned out the transmission did not need to be replaced and Dave Famsted was able to repair it for me. Martin stayed in contact with me throughout this entire process and I cannot be more grateful for all he and Dave did for me. While I don't live in Elk Grove, I will definitely buy my next Toyota there. More
