Great Experience! no pressure Did a lot of research online with pricing and availability. Each time I would contact a dealership I would get several weeks of high pressure emails. Did a lot of research online with pricing and availability. Each time I would contact a dealership I would get several weeks of high pressure emails. Not with Elk Grove Toyota. Jeremy Coffelt returned my email with a very good price. after talking with Jeremy about the car I wanted it was determined they did not have the color I wanted in stock. Jeremy had a vehicle brought in from San Jose for me and held it for 7 days unitl my wife and I could get to the dealership. Once my wife and I test drove the vehicle we noticed a very nice Toyota Avalon. Jeremy quickly asked if we would like to test drive the Avalon. We did and decided we liked it better and purchased the Avalon over the Camry Jeremy had sone so much work to get for us. What GREAT customer service!. As we went off to finace Jeremy had our new vehicle go to the detail shop. While in finace Jeremy came in and advised us the detailer had noticed scratches in the rear bumber. He made us an appointmnet with the body shop and arrainged a rental for the time we would be without our new car. This helped reassure me that we were dealing with a person and dealership that truly cares about their customers. I will gladly recommend Jeremy and Elk Grove Toyota to all friends. More
