My family and I visited Elk Grove Toyota (in California) on the New Year's weekend. We were greeted by a salesperson, who made sure we got in touch with Mr. Yusuf Stewart, the person I spoke with earlier on on the New Year's weekend. Mr. Stewart got our requirements, and gave us options to choose from their inventory. We test drove a couple of cars. Throughout the visit, we had plenty of questions, each one was sufficiently answered to our satisfaction. Mr. Stewart walked us through the whole process, and offered good tips on getting more savings options. He is very friendly, and at the time of our visit, we did not feel he exerted any "sales pressure tactics" on us. Mr. Kenny Hoang, the finance guy, gave a detailed explanation of the car buying process, specifically of course, the finance matters. Mr. Hoang extended options for us to save on warranties for our car. Both Messrs. Stewart and Hoang are very professional. In all, the visit to Elk Grove Toyota was a very pleasant one. And, we are now enjoying our car! More

After going to a few other dealerships such as Hyundai and VW, I ended my search here at Elk Grove Toyota. I met with a salesman by the name of Nai, who was very pleasant to work with. I gave him a list of what I could afford and the monthly payments I was willing to make. Next thing you know, he pulls up a list of every car on the lot that applied to me! He took us out and personally showed us all of the cars that were on his list. Finding one that stood out to me, I asked for a full history report as well as warranty information and options. There was no repeatedly going back and forth to negotiate price, just good ol' fashioned service! He even gave us a great deal on an extended warranty! Being a college student, Nai helped me find the car that fit my budget. He even showed me that in the end he was losing money by selling at such a low price, but that he really didn't need to take money from a college student. :) In all, I had a great experience here, and would definitely recommend friends and family! This is the second vehicle I have leased from this dealership. On my current lease, I was running high on the mileage and they actually initiated contact with me to see if I was interested in getting dealership. When I arrived at the dealership, I already knew which sales manager I needed to speak with (Steve Moroz) and he put me with an excellent sales rep in Long Truong. At no time did they attempt to do the usual dealer hard sale routine. They listened to what I was interested in and walked me through the entire process of evaluating my current leased vehicle, determining a valuation, advising of options on either a new lease or purchase and noted current vehicle availability. They were in the middle of a big sale and ended up saving me several thousand dollars by getting me in before the sale expired and providing multiple valid incentives. The entire staff, from the sales reps to the finance staff to the clerical staff were extremely professional, polite and they all knew exactly what their roles were and carried them out flawlessly. I even commented to my daughter during our visit that the type of customer service she was seeing was a throwback to the days when businesses truly valued their customers and this type of service and attention is unfortunately a rarity these days. I would not only continue to patronize Elk Grove Toyota, but would highly recommend the dealership to anyone interested in buying a quality vehicle at a decent price. More
