Excellent Servicd I had an appointment and still had to wait 30-40 minutes. Someone who works there advised me that they were short staffed. Then I met Victor Reynoso and he was very apologetic. He kept me up to date with my car’s progress. When he told me that they have to keep my car overnigher because they have to order some parts, he told me he will have it taken cared off first thing in the morning and should be ready by 9:30-10:00. He stayed true to his words. I am really happy with the service I received at Toyota Elk Grove. Thank you again, Victor! More

My experience at Elk Grove Toyota I brought my car in early Friday morning. The hazard light was on and the message was not to drive the car. One symbol that kept coming on was electro I brought my car in early Friday morning. The hazard light was on and the message was not to drive the car. One symbol that kept coming on was electronic brake malfunction. I have a Prius. I left my car and checked out a rental since I was told it could take until Monday or Tuesday for them to get the car checked out. Monday afternoon I received a call saying it is the water pump and okayed the work. They called Tuesday saying it was completed. All went well I was just disappointed by the time it took to get to the repair. They did pay for 2 of the 5 days of car rental fees which helped. People were friendly, some construction going on when I picked up my car. More

Prompt service at a reasonable price I recently moved to the Elk Grove area and took my Toyota Highlander Hybrid to Elk Grove Toyota for its scheduled service. The Service Adviser was com I recently moved to the Elk Grove area and took my Toyota Highlander Hybrid to Elk Grove Toyota for its scheduled service. The Service Adviser was competent and wrote up the service order promptly. I commented that I had called and scheduled the service appointment and was surprised that he did not have the vehicle VIN as I had provided it when I made the appointment on the phone. I also commented that I had been a little frustrated with their online appointment system as I could not add a vehicle to my account online. (I had no problem scheduling my other vehicle previously. I guess they were not expecting me to have multiple Toyotas.) The work was performed in a timely fashion and I was on my way in a little over an hour. More

No good service Never go back! I send my car to do the recall service. When I get my car I even can find the part in my car! Then I came back to ask they told me they Never go back! When I took my car back. The man told me I have to wait for whole day. The I have to choose another day. Until my car need another service. I took my car to do the maintenance. And I told the man what happened before. The man said It can took by anyone.That mean I took the part and let them fix. How can I took it by myself? Then I talk to another man told him what happened .And I want to take the sign of reminder me do the maintenance away.But He still let the first man fix my car.When I picked my car.The man let me walk to the parking in front of the part fixing center.(Usually they diver the car to the front of the building).When I got my car.The terrible thing happened again.The reminded sign still there AND now the Whole screen was the words of maintenance reminder. If the man forgot to take the sign. Ok!But now another sign showing on my screen all the time.NOW I know what happened!The man did not finish his job well and don’t want to admit.
