I was not satisfied with my first visit at this dealership for service on Labor Day but decided to give them another chance. I am glad that I did because Miguel Navarro really impressed me with the dealership for service on Labor Day but decided to give them another chance. I am glad that I did because Miguel Navarro really impressed me with the service he provided. He explained everything in detail and even apologized for calling about 30 minutes after the window they stated the car repair would be completed. When I went to pick up my car I noticed a hub cap missing which was not missing when I brought it in and he quickly replaced it. I moved jobs and homes recently and Elk Grove is the most convenient location. I am very pleased I can continue taking my vehicle there for service. Miguel really won me over and definitely deserved recognition for his outstanding customer service. Thanks Miguel! More
The work I needed on my car was completed after some miscommunication with my service tech. When I came to pick up my car, I was told it was behind another building. There were no signs or employees to assist me in finding that location. When I found my car, I felt it was in a desolate location. It was a very uncomfortable feeling for a woman alone. The Roseville Toyota dealership always brings my car up to me when I come to pick it up. That is a much more professional service. My overall feeling is that it appears the Elk Grove Toyota dealership is having financial difficulties and has cut back on staff. More
