3 hour oil changes Every time I use this dealer for oil change or any other service I am there a minimum of 2 hours. And it's always longer than they tell you. They told me it would be 4 to 5 hours for tire rotation, even though I was already getting an oil change, 4 to 5 hours to do a 15-20 minute job??? They are either under staffed or dont know how to handle all the traffic they get. The dealer in southern California where I bought my car was even busier but had you in and out in 45 minutes tops start to finish even without an appointment. They offered free snacks and refreshments and had many activities to occupy children. Now that I moved up here and use this dealer I literally dread getting my oil changed and so do my kids. Also my car wash dry job was horrible leaving my mirrors and windows foggy they l and didn't put the antenna back on. My car looked better before they washed it. More

EG Toyota sevice has improved over the years. Elk grove Toyota has improved over the years. I first began taking a truck there for service in 2013. The service manager seem not to really care abo Elk grove Toyota has improved over the years. I first began taking a truck there for service in 2013. The service manager seem not to really care about the quality of work. they were just worried about getting the cars in and out. I had some issues back then with messy services, soiled interior, oil spillage on the engine and onto my driveway. when addressed with the service manager he just had a don’t care attitude. The last few visits have been much improved the service writers and the staff are more professional courteous and appeared to have more concern for customer sayisfaction. However the shuttle driver was a little wacky and his jerky driving and taking the long route touring ElkGrove was quite entertaining. More
