Regardless of prescheduled appointments, 3-hour plus wait! I love my car, but hate the wait when in for service and routine maintenance. When i took my car to another Toyota dealers, they would not change my oil, in fear that they would be blamed for stripping the thread on the oilpan drain plug. Had n oil change coupon for 19.00, your supervisor wouldn't give me the same deal! If i had known i could have explained to other dealer. More

I recently had to take my rig in for a major service and as usual - I got that red carpet treatment. I had a lot of work required on my FJ and so my vehicle spent the night at Toyota. Fred Daniels (long term employee and fellow FJ owner) and Brian Chase took care of my rig and did a stellar job. It honestly felt like a team effort as we worked through a few things and my FJ is on beast mode once again. Specials shout out to my dudes - Andy Tran and Michael "Mikey" Lau.
