Not Good This is not the first time I have had an issue with this dealership after purchasing my vehicle. I bought my Silverado 6000 miles before my last visit This is not the first time I have had an issue with this dealership after purchasing my vehicle. I bought my Silverado 6000 miles before my last visit to their service department. The vehicle I purchased was GM certified. I brought the vehicle in for my first free oil change, a brake squeak that I was hearing while applying the pedal, and a tapping noise from the engine. I noticed that when picking up my vehicle the oil change sticker stated the next service due will be at 11216 miles which I find odd because the vehicle has 52201 miles on it. They proceeded to tell me that the tapping noise from the engine is normal operation. This is not true as a friend of mine has a vehicle of the same year with a 5.3 liter engine, more mileage, and it does not tap. They also proceeded to tell me that I needed brake rotors in the front, and rear brake pads, and rotors in the rear due to condition of rotors, and low brake pads. They stated I would have to pay for these repairs. I want to re-iterate that I bought the vehicle 6000 miles ago, and the vehicle was GM pre-certified. There is no possible way the brake pads could have gone as low as they have in 6000 miles unless there is an issue with components in the brake system. Considering I have taken the vehicle back for A/C repairs, rust issues (Both of these were handled), and now brake issues I have lost my confidence in the GM pre-certified procedure. I have pictures of the incorrect oil change sticker, my current mileage when I picked up the vehicle, videos of the engine tapping, and also the brake noise. More

Very good My daughter wanted a specific SUV, specific color, with the premier package and they found it at another dealership. It had everything my daughter had asked for. We negotiated a reasonable price and she drove it home that night. Mike and Bob were excellent to work with. No doubt we'd go back. Only one thing they could do to make me happier....They need to have Coke Cola products in the snack area. More
