I bought the car at Elkins but live in Delaware. I have had continual problems with my Equinox EV. I had always taken my car to dealers in Delaware that tell me they cannot replicate or find the p I have had continual problems with my Equinox EV. I had always taken my car to dealers in Delaware that tell me they cannot replicate or find the problem. I took my car to Elkins for the first time when a problem presented itself because i was in the area. They were able to fix the probkem. When another problem presented itself whilevin Delaware, i decided to not have the Delaware dealer take the car so i had it towed to Elkins instead. The EV mechanic took the time to work through all of the reported issues and track the wiring diagram back to a loose ground nut. I have not had a problem since. The EV mechanic is a master! The service team was also all very friendly as well always keeping me informed. More

I took my Chevrolet Equinox EV to Elkins Chevrolet to identify an ongoing HVAC issue my that Hessert Chevrolet was not able to diagnose after three (3) trips to that dealership. Mike and the service tea identify an ongoing HVAC issue my that Hessert Chevrolet was not able to diagnose after three (3) trips to that dealership. Mike and the service team was diligent and systematic with diagnosing the issue. They believe they have resolved the issue and I am hopeful that they have. They were extremely pleasant and professional to deal with, unlike the absolute jerk of a service manager at Hessert Chevrolet, John. He should be fired from his job for incompetency and unprofessionalism. He dropped the “F” bomb with me numerous times during my call to that dealership last week. I will be taking my Equinox to Elkins Chevrolet for service going forward. More
