He also was beyond understanding with me, as this was my first car purchase in over 17 years. I would definitely work with him again. Mike gave me a highly detailed tutorial of the various features on the Bolt, answering every question I had with enthusiasm. Lisa and Bob also were incredibly friendly and courteous. Great parts and service I was having trouble with my truck and could not find the parts that I needed anywhere online or in auto stores anywhere. When I asked at the stores they had no answer at all, just a blank stare. My last resort was the dealership, which should have been my first and will be from this point on. I called Bill Wiler a salesman we just bought my wife's car from. ( awesome guy ) he pointed me in the parts and service center direction. Not only did they have the exact part I was looking for just from looking at a picture I sent but the service and time it took was awesome. My truck was back on the road and I had no worries when they were done with it. Elkins cheverolet is the real deal guys.
