OMG, these two employees were FABULOUS!!!!! From the time we were greeted to the time we signed the final papers it was a very, very enjoyable process. I enquired by email to Elkins via a cars.com listing they had for a Chevy Malibu. Within 15 minutes I recieved a phone call from sales manager Joe Capra. Tony could not have been more helpful as I ended up looking at 3 different cars that morning. Overall I was extremely happy with the comfort and ease of my experience with Elkins.
