Elkins was not the first Chevy dealership that we contacted, but they were the first dealership that assured us that they would do their best to find it. Sure enough a day or two later they located the vehicle and gave us an ETA. The excellent service did not stop there. They were trustworthy and honest and everyone was so professional and nice. It was unlike any car buying experience we've ever had. By far it was the best! A week or so later we had to deal with the service department regarding a minor issue and that experience was just as pleasant. I would definitely recommend this dealership to everyone. More

Since I live in Bucks County It was a long trip to go to buy a vehicle in NJ, But after talking to a caring Sales person,who assured me the vehicle would be ready when I arrived, (and it was) I decided to make the trip. After I thought I was going to buy the vehicle and paper work was being processed, I decided I wanted to test drive another vehicle. Derek just stopped the paper work ,with a smile on his face and said it didn't matter what vehicle I purchased Just as long as I was happy with my decision. Here at this dealership the policy is the customer ..needs to be happy or they are not doing there job correctly. So I finally purchased my second choice and I couldn't be happier.
