I completely understand where you're coming from on your concern of your in person visit, and not feeling that it was necessary. I can assure you our team wouldn't unnecessarily ask you to bring your vehicle in, especially if we were able to assist you without first inspecting your vehicle, as we both respect your time, and value your safety. I believe in this case, the best way we can assist you is to have the vehicle here so we can better understand your mechanic's concern, as your struts being loose would be both abnormal and a safety concern. As struts begin to fail, they will generally leak, not become loose. So if there is something loose in the front end of your vehicle, its possible it may be related to another, hopefully simple, fix or another part or system that may still be under warranty. We unfortunately can't determine that without an inspection. As your review is anonymous, I'm not able to look up that recall our team informed you of. Recall notices are sent by the manufacturer, not the dealer, but I trust you'll receive notice of this soon.
