They are always super friendly at Elkins. I have always hated going for service at other dealerships because of either the long wait or not knowing what the charges would be but at Elkins the courtesy shut hated going for service at other dealerships because of either the long wait or not knowing what the charges would be but at Elkins the courtesy shuttle is always available and the service department treats me right every time.
