This time around it was all good! From Samantha's attentiveness and helpfulness when I began the process by inquiring online. To coming in and meeting with Damien, who was very level and down to earth, he wasn't pushy at all he was actually really chill and low key, which is what I myself aim for, and instead of just treating this like a business transaction, he took the time to actually build a relationship with me in the few hours I was at the dealership. It was all just very relaxed, which I appreciate more than I can actually express by typing it out. Noel was very helpful as well, especially in maintaining the relaxed vibe; even when the financing didn't look like it was gonna go exactly as I had hoped it would; he found me an option that worked for me. I have to admit I got a little nervous about what I was walking into when I saw the very mixed yelp reviews for this dealership, though all the negative reviews seem to lean more towards the service department (so I guess I'll have to see about that in the future), but as far as this sales team is concerned, I can not commend them enough. More
