Perfect from start to finish Marcio had me in and out of there in about 2 hours. He was great. I hope he's still there in 3 years when my lease is up, because he makes the process of purchasing a new vehicle very simple and inviting. Noel in the finance department streamlined that process and made it all come together in the end. I can't say enough about Elmwood and their employees. This is my second Dodge Ram purchased through them, and with highly regarded and intelligent employees as the ones I dealt with, I'll keep coming back in the future. On a side note, even the employees I wasn't dealing with at the time I was there, were warm and welcoming there. Everyone was fantastic! More

Awful Experience Quite possibly the worst car buying experience I have ever had. They made me wait for almost an hour before being seen. The salesman kept playing the "let me talk to my manager" game and then got upset when I called him on it. The finance department played games when I tried to buy a car. Saying they didn't know if the could put the deal together that day. Finally, they did. A week later I found that i could refinance at a lower rate. They said I didn't need to refinance, they would stop their loan and I could get mine. A day later they said all I had to do was come back and sign a new PSA. A check was being deliver to them the next day. Once there they told me that I couldnt drive my car off of the lot, saying it wasn't paid for. Even though between trade in and money down I had already given them $8500. So I was FORCED to stick with them for finance, or find a ride home. Do not go to these people. More

Unprofessional I went in for a tire rotation and oil change. While in the waiting room they come and ask me where the wheel lock key is. I told them your dealership I went in for a tire rotation and oil change. While in the waiting room they come and ask me where the wheel lock key is. I told them your dealership used it last. They never put it back in the truck. They said the master kit did not have the right one they ended up finding the right one supposedly and rotated the tires. They left the master kit piece in my truck so I would have one to unlock the lugs. Wouldn't that have been nice if I had gotten a flat, I would not have been able to remove the lugs without destroying them. When billing me, they wrote up a seperate charge and when I asked what it was they said it was the labor charge for the oil change, that the oil change should have been on line B instead of where it was. They wrote me up for a free wash which I never got and they never reset the oil change reminder either. Now I wonder if they did the oil change properly. I will not be going back, when I go to a dealership I expect a professional environment and this was not. The regular person was at lunch, must have been a late lunch and the person who wrote me up did nothing wrong and I have no problem with her. Not sure if it is her name on the invoice or the regular person. Don't want the wrong person to take any blame. More

I had done research, and after a few years of obsessing over the vehicle from afar, I was finally ready to make the purchase. When I walked in, I was greeted by James who had helped me via phone conversation the night before, and he had me get to work with Nathan. Once I started talking with Nathan, I realized there were so many options that I had not considered. My last car was a 2007, and let's just say technology has CHANGED. I had no idea what was right for me. Nathan helped me work through my priorities, explained the options, and found me the perfect match - even though it was a bit of a distance away. I have been very appreciative with the way Nathan has continued to help me out along the way. Car buying is not an easy task! More

Within a couple hrs from start to finish we were able to leave with our new car. The finance manager was able to give us what we were looking for price wise. Definitely recommend them. More
