Before I left the lot, he made sure to review most of the options and features in my new Town & Country and provided his cellphone number in case I had any questions. He followed up a couple of days later to see how I was liking my new minivan and to ask if I had any problems or questions. I feel very comfortable calling him if I need to do so. Noel was also great. He worked to get us the best financing option. He didn't rush the process but neither did he prolong it. He was also very courteous and respectful and had a great personality. He was professional from the first interaction and gave us the lay of the land and allowed us to peruse the inventory before coming to check on us (which I appreciated..not many do this!). We spoke about my budget, what I was looking for in a car etc. We test drove a Jeep Grand Cherokee Summit and Alan rode along and explained many of the cars features but also allowed us just to enjoy the drive. Throughout the process he was never pushy and it felt like I was talking to a friend instead of being sold a car. He worked with me from start to finish and made the entire process as simple as possible. I was very impressed with the extra time he took to research my car to explain to me some of the little details and features I didn't see. Even more impressive to me is that he stuck with me even after the purchase and is always just a phone call away when we need anything or have any questions.
