He couldn't say enough good things about Rich, how he made him feel comfortable and was a true "no pressure gentleman". Recently, I decided it was time for me to purchase a vehicle since mine was now 10 yrs. old. I remembered the things Bernie had told me about Rich. One night after work, I stopped in and asked for Rich. Luckily he was working. I told him what I was looking for; a low mileage used vehicle not older than a 2010 and of course within my price range. He got me a coffee and took the time to show me some inventory on their website. I told him which vehicles I liked before we even went outside to look at them. He made me feel very relaxed. He didn't pressure me. He asked questions. We took a couple of test drives. I couldn't decide which vehicle I wanted. He reminded me of what I wanted when I first came in. He helped me make my decision. I couldn't have asked or ordered a better salesman. He introduced me to the other employees, was very kind and soft-spoken and the true gentleman that Bernie had bragged about.
