I came in for a routine oil change on my 2011 jeep (bought her here aswell) decided to take a walk thru the show room, just to take a look at all the new pretty models. I did not come in with intention to buy! I had some questions about what it would be like to trade. Nathan was extremely helpful, not pushy at all (I hate that) answers all my crazy questions and dealt with my extremely difficult and indecisive self for 2 days to make a very well deserved sale!. He made me feel comfortable during the entire experience and was not at all annoyed when I asked him 3 maybe 4 times to run out ( in the freezing cold) and get another car in a different color so I could see touch and feel it out. Again I must say I can be very difficult ( my own husband refused to come with me on day 2). Nathan did a great job! I had the pleasure of working with victor aswell, extremely knowledgable again patient and understanding with my every question and inability to wrap my brain around this leasing thing. Victor worked around my crazy work schedule to get me in to complete the paperwork needed, he was terrific! In conclusion I feel I must add, I live in Swansea a 5 min drive from another jeep dealer but I choose to drive out of my way to you!
