The selection was good even though it was between seasons and that there wasn’t many 2014 which was fine as I settled on a 2015. One thing I really like was the fact that we test drove and then purchase a new 2015 Jeep Cherokee and was never asked to leave a deposit. Who does this? I have never experienced this and my hat’s off to Elmwood and the sales team. I would highly recommend Elmwood Dodge in East Providence, RI to friends and family and would suggest working with Harrison Carter with any of the purchasing needs. He is honest and if he doesn’t have an answer will have you speak to (Ben) rather than give you false information. More

Great Dealership. They don't mess around or play games. Just bought a new vehicle there with Ryan. When I first went there, I came in only to look at the new RAM as I was comparing different makes. He was very patient with me and my questions and he didn't pass me by just because I was only in comparison mode. He answered all of my questions and found the answers to anything he didn't know off the top of his head. Even when I left the first day not buying, he didn't overly pressure me like most dealerships would. He just welcomed me back to test drive one sometime, and I did just that. After a few days I came back, drove the truck I had been dreaming about and wanted it. When it came down to purchasing it, Ryan and the manager didn't play any games with me. I told them what it would take to get me in that truck and they came back with their bottom line that fit my budget. I would recommend this deanship to anyone and especially Ryan Wilkins. More

Great team I went to your dealership to 'just look", not expecting to find a vehicle or a great deal that I couldn't walk away from my first weekend shopping. Ha I went to your dealership to 'just look", not expecting to find a vehicle or a great deal that I couldn't walk away from my first weekend shopping. Harrison spotted us on the lot and offered his help immediately. He respected us when we said we were "just looking" and backed off, giving us the space too look around and see what we liked. When we were ready he took us right to his office to explore our options. We ended up test driving two vehicles and I fell in love with the second vehicle we test drove: the Dodge Journey. Long story short, Harrison listened to me and my concerns when we initially sat in his office. He got a great trade in for my old vehicle and helped to get the best deal we could on the Journey, making it incredibly hard to walk away from. So my "just looking" surprisingly turned into a "just purchased!" :-D Vinnie was also great with the financing. I was convinced I was going to finance through my credit union because they had a great low rate that I thought nobody could beet. He was able to get me a better rate than my credit union and keep the monthly payments as low as I was hoping for! All in all I'd say you have a great Team! Thank you!! More
