I've been trading in and buying new cars/SUVs for a number of years with Elmwood and I'll never go anywhere else for a vehicle. The Chrysler/Dodge/Jeep high performance line has always been something that I've appreciated but what will keep me loyal is Elmwood. One of the biggest fears of buying a vehicle is what happens if there's a problem. From my experience, Elmwood will make right. This place is the best! BTW... Noel was very good to work with and treated me well as a customer - and did not try to b.s. me. I would have liked to see some better incentive for being a returning customer, having bought my previous customer - and did not try to b.s. me. EVERY dealership that advertises pricing shows numbers based on incentives that most customers will not benefit from. I continue to be angry and frustrated that the ADVERTISED price for my car on the day I bought it, was $1500 less than the price I actually had to pay, despite being a returning customer with excellent credit. If I was a military veteran turning over a lease, I would have gotten the price advertised. Elmwood's web site at least has a disclaimer posted very visibly instead of in fine print, unlike some competitors. I shopped around extensively, and the price I got at Elmwood was definitely the best deal that I found. More

There are reasons most people do not like working with salespeople. Elmwood did not project any of these reasons during my visits. Given my personality, if I had felt pressure to purchase, I would have walked out and not been back in spite of the fact that they had the vehicle I wanted at a price I knew was competative. Noel Tavarz did a great job in getting me the vehicle price I wanted and the trade in allowance I was asking for. All of this was extremely important in the opportunity to put me in my first new vehicle in 10 years. I so appreciate all of Elmwood's help in getting me into my new Jeep Compass! I'm loving it! My only hope is that their service department is as wonderful as their sales department, but may I not have to find out any time soon. More

Mark Watters was our salesman, he was very pleasant and knowledgeable about the products that he is selling. He answered all our questions satisfactorily and explained all the features of the Journey intelligently. The stress of buying a new car was eliminated very quickly. It was like meeting a friend whom you haven't seen in a long time. He offered us a great trade in value on my old car and we were able to get our new car for a great price. Buying from Elmwood was one of the best car buying experiences that I have ever had. When I came in for a test drive they did not have exactly what I was looking for but I took one of their trucks for experiences that I have ever had. When I returned from the test drive there was no pressure to buy anything right then and they even encouraged me to wait and special order exactly the truck I wanted. After shopping around for a couple weeks for the truck I was going to order I came back to Elmwood and within 10 minutes of specking out the truck we were in agreement on price and my trade in value without the long drawn out process that usually accompanies buying a new car.
