We contacted the dealership on a Sunday (closed). We were contacted by Bart Monday morning, let him know which truck we were interest in and set up an appointment at 5:30PM. We were able to arrive an hour early contacted him and he said that would be alright. When we arrived 15 minutes after that call, he had the truck ready and ready for us to test drive. Turn signal/brake light went out. Said part would be available in a couples days and would call. Weeks later, no call. This is second time we have dealt with this rep. Had another issue a few months earlier and was told he would get back to us on a brake issue. Never heard back so we took the vehicle to another dealership. Yes, but with caution. Brought my 2008 Corvette in to determine the cause of a radio malfunction. Left the car there 3 days and they found the issue with the part number n Brought my 2008 Corvette in to determine the cause of a radio malfunction. Left the car there 3 days and they found the issue with the part number needed for replacement. They could not find the part within GM. I found the new past and called to have it installed and they said they could not do it. Reason: radio would have to be pulled and sent out. Bottomline: not the GM dealer for me if they will not fix even with their own part. More
