Terrible experience with company. We purchased our vehicle at Emich. Our vehicle began to shake and we took it in to be worked on at Emich. We were given a lender vehicle while my vehicle was being wo vehicle at Emich. Our vehicle began to shake and we took it in to be worked on at Emich. We were given a lender vehicle while my vehicle was being worked on. Within 12 hours of having the lender, it would not start. I was in a parking lot in the heat and I called Emich to let them know. They claimed to be on the way, the drive would take 20 mins max. Two hours later, they arrived with my fixed vehicle. The manager was unable to admit his fault in the situation and unprofessional. No COVID precautions were taken at drop off of vehicle and manager brushed that off, stating that his employee was in a hurry. We will never be utilizing this company again. We have had much better experience at Tynan's Volkswagen. If you are in the neighborhood, make the drive to a different Volkswagen dealership. More

Great Customer Service We bought a Subaru from Emich Automotive. We came from out of town. They had us take the vehicle to our local Subaru and paid for the fix without any questions.
