Hello Jessica, my name is Bryce Sewall I am the general sales manager and I apologize for your experience! Ultimately, we aim to have all of our customer leave with a positive experience with ALL of our staff regardless of position. To first address the detail and gas, preowned vehicles do not come with full tanks at delivery and there is a set dollar amount assessed depending on your vehicle (which is pretty common on preowned vehicles). As far as the detail we can certainly have it recleaned for you using the company that we sublet all the work to, and for the inconvenience of having to come back for a poor clean from the detail company I would fill your gas tank for just the reason of multiples trips. As far as the plow, unfortunately the 'leg' that keeps the plow at same height when removing or adding plow back to the truck was bent, which is what we ordered and replaced after becoming aware of the situation. When your husband arrived we spent a few minutes taking care of the sticker reimbursement and once that was completed your salesman was just waiting for the technician to finish what he was working on so he could get the plow on the truck and complete the task at hand. I apologize that this escalated to this point, and I apologize for all the inconvenience, your business if something we thrive to earn before during and after any sale or service.
