I requested The rain guard and bug shield package and a bedliner along with the tailgate. Well Sam and service and the New Bedford location said a couple of hours it was closer to four hours and when we pi bedliner along with the tailgate. Well Sam and service and the New Bedford location said a couple of hours it was closer to four hours and when we picked up the truck the rain guards were slightly off. We requested them to just quickly fix it but unfortunately they were unable to do it the same day. They requested that we drive it away and check to see if there were leaks and if we wanted to we could schedule yet another appointment between two and four hours to have them remove it and get a better 3M tape to reinstall them. They charged us full installation fees. I left several messagesWith Sam to speak with a supervisor because we were not happy that I have to drive away with something that wasn’t to my satisfaction charged full price and asked to reschedule. As of today no one’s called me back. I have not rescheduled the appointment because I’m still waiting for a manager to call me. More

I made a service appointment for a scheduled oil change and a recall repair. I provided my VIN number at the time, expecting the recall to be handled at the same time. When I arrived for the service, I wa and a recall repair. I provided my VIN number at the time, expecting the recall to be handled at the same time. When I arrived for the service, I was told that they are not allowed to order the recall part (kit?) until the car is seen. (Is Ford confirming that the VIN number is affected not sufficient??). Now, I have to make a special appointment for sometime in the future while they get the parts. The scheduled service went without issue and fairly quickly. (as it should at 8am on a Saturday). The fact that I have to burn another day in the waiting room because of their recall policy is unacceptable. More
