The negotiation and sale went smoothly from there not so much. Ryan P. needs more training on how to communicate and take care of customers. Slow to contact insurance company and complete registration process. Learned from insurance company process was complete, not from salesmen. Final heard from Ryan a week later that my truck was ready for pick up. We made an appointment time for pick up and the truck was not ready. Waited over 2 hours at the dealership for the truck to be run through a final inspection, wash and get gassed up. The only thing I was offered during that time was a bunch of excuses of how it was not his fault, and he was doing me a favor making sure the truck was all set before I took it. No drink, no apology, just excuses and a salesman telling me he has had a bad day. You need to train your salesmen (or at least this one) to communicate better, be organized, make sure the vehicle is ready for pick up on the appointed time they set up. I also have not had one follow up from the salesmen or dealership after my purchase, oh, except to ask for a review. Here you go. More

Dealer had some challenges at first confirming my order (despite my putting together the custom build online several times & coming into the dealership at least twice), but they eventually got it together (despite my putting together the custom build online several times & coming into the dealership at least twice), but they eventually got it together and there has been no issues since. For folks who know exactly what they are trying to order, the process of having to go into a dealership several times...and reaching out on multiple occasions, just to confirm the vehicle order has been placed, is a bit archaic for this day and age. More
