Work Order: 545302 Customer#: 7824 Service type: Oil Change (oil and filter included) Date: 15 July 2019 Timeline: 12:30pm - called for an appoin Work Order: 545302 Customer#: 7824 Service type: Oil Change (oil and filter included) Date: 15 July 2019 Timeline: 12:30pm - called for an appointment and was told oil change does not require appointment, walk-in before 3pm; 2:00pm - travel from Staten Island to Brooklyn, Bayridge Nissan Service; 2:45pm - vehicle dropped off to service; 2:52pm - service rep drove vehicle to the bay and instructed me to wait for any available service advisor; 2:08pm - follow up with service rep, nobody from advisor available; 2:18pm - follow up with service rep, nobody from advisor available; 2:26pm - follow up with service rep, nobody from advisor available; 2:27pm - requested manager; 2:28pm - spoke to manager, Cynthia walks me to Raj Latchman, the service advisor; 3:32pm - Work Order created with promise time 16:00 hours (4pm); 4:00pm - Follow up with Raj; Oil filter compatible with VW vehicles are not available, waiting for delivery; 4:20pm - follow-up, still waiting for delivery; 4:40pm - service rep brings car outside, Raj confirms the car is ready, no paperwork presented except for initial in-processing work order; 4:45pm - drove vehicle off of service bay and travelled bak to Staten Island; Next morning tried to pass through State Inspection. Identified problems: Oil changed has not been completed. Filter has not been replaced. Called Bay Ridge Nissan: Raj is not available. Manager is not available. Cynthia has no clue. WHAT THE xxxx IS GOING ON??? More

DISHONEST AND DISGUSTING STAY AWAY FROM THIS DEALERSHIP!! THEY ARE MISLEADING, DECEITFUL, LYING, MANIPULATIVE SCAM ARTISTS. I PUT 10K DOWN ON A 2019 ALTIMA - I FINANCED THE RE STAY AWAY FROM THIS DEALERSHIP!! THEY ARE MISLEADING, DECEITFUL, LYING, MANIPULATIVE SCAM ARTISTS. I PUT 10K DOWN ON A 2019 ALTIMA - I FINANCED THE REMAINDER OF THE CAR. THEY QUOTED ME 28,900 ON APRIL 30, 2019 PLUS TAXES, DMV FEES, AND BANK FEES FOR A 2019 ALTIMA SL. WE ONLY ASKED TO HAVE LEATHER AND THE PARKING SENSOR THAT WE LATER FOUND OUT WAS STANDARD IN ALL SL MODELS. MY HUSBAND HAS GREAT CREDIT AND WE WERE APPROVED. NO FURTHER COMMUNICATION WAS SHARED ABOUT THE VEHICLE EXCEPT WHEN WE WERE TO COME IN TO FINISH THE DEAL AND PICK UP THE CAR. WE GO INTO DEALERSHIP ON MAY 2,2019 AND GET BROUGHT TO THE FINANCE GUY'S OFFICE WHERE WE WERE TOLD IF WE WANTED THE SENSOR (THAT COME STANDARD IN THE MODEL WE WERE GETTING) WE HAD TO ACCEPT THIS CAR THAT HAD A BUNCH OF ADD ONS THAT WE DID NOT WANT OR LIKE AND BROUGHT THE CAR 3,000 HIGHER THAN WE AGREED UPON. I RELAYED WE DID NOT WANT THESE UPGRADES AND THE FINANCE GUY CONTINUOUSLY SAID YOU HAVE TO TAKE THIS CAR IF YOU WANT THAT SENSOR (WHICH IS BULLCRAP BECAUSE IT COMES STANDARD IN THE MODEL WE CHOSE) I KNEW SOMETHING WAS OFF AND I SHOULD GO WITH MY GUT BUT I HAD MY TWO YOUNG KIDS WITH ME AND WE WERE THERE FOR 3 HOURS AT THIS POINT SO MY HUSBAND JUST SIGNED SO WE COULD GET OUT OF THERE. WE DROVE STRAIGHT HOME AND TALKED ABOUT IT AND REALIZED SOMETHING WASNT RIGHT I SHOULDN'T OF HAD TO ACCEPT A CAR WOITH A SPOILER AND A BUMPER PROTECTOR AMONG OTHER THINGS WE DID NOT WANT. I CALLED THE NEXT MORNING AND SPOKE WITH THE SALES MANAGER REGGIE WHO WAS SO RUDE AND DID NOT WANT TO HELP ME AND SPOKE TO ME SO DISRESPECTFUL LIKE I WAS A CHILD. I DECIDED TO GO INTO THE DEALERSHIP BECAUSE I COULD NOT GET THE HELP I NEEDED OVER THE PHONE AND GET AN EXPLANATION AS TO WHAT HAPPENED THAT WE WERE FORCED TO TAKE THIS SPECIFIC CAR. NOONE HELPED ME AT THE DEALERSHIP BECAUSE THEY COULD NOT COME UP WITH AN ANSWER ALL THEY COULD SAY IS IM SO SORRY I DONT KNOW WHY THIS HAPPENED. WELL I KNOW WHY - THEY WANTED MORE MONEY - THEY GAVE US AN "END OF THE MONTH" PRICE AN DID THIS TO RECOUP MORE MONEY. I ASKED TO SPEAK TO VINNY FREUND THE GENERAL MANAGER BUT IT WAS A FRIDAY AND HE WAS OUT OF THE OFFICE. I LEFT THE CAR THERE AND TEXT VINNY AND HE SAID HE WOULD BE IN THE OFFICE MONDAY AND WOULD CALL ME SO WE CAN FIND A RESOLUTION. HE DID NOT CALL ME ALL DAY MONDAY SO FINALLY AROUND 4;30 I WENT IN THERE SO HE COULDNT AVOID ME. HE SAT WITH ME APOLOGIZED TO ME AND PROMISED HE WOULD TALK TO THE OWNERS AND GET BACK TO ME WITHIN 2 WEEKS WITH SOME TYPE OF COMPENSATION FOR THE MISLEADING AND UNPROFESSIONAL BEHAVIOR OF THE EMPLOYEES HERE. THAT WAS ON MONDAY MAY 6, 2019 - IT IS MAY 23,2019 AND I STILL HAVENT HEARD BACK FROM VINNY FRUEND - NO RETURNED CALLS OR TEXTS. HE JUST TOLD ME THAT TO GET ME OUT OF THE DEALERSHIP AND LEFT ME HANGING. I ASKED SEVERAL TIMES TO HAVE AN OWNER CONTACT ME OR GIVE ME AN OWNERS CONTACT INFO TO NO AVAIL. THIS WHOLE DEALERSHIP IS UNPROFESSIONAL AND A BUNCH OF CROOKS. Bait and Switch, Even when you call and do your best I looked on their website and saw a 2015 Nissan Rogue with 12,000 miles for 13,990. I called to confirm they still had the car, and it hadn't sold bef I looked on their website and saw a 2015 Nissan Rogue with 12,000 miles for 13,990. I called to confirm they still had the car, and it hadn't sold before going over there from Williamsburg. I took a car, which was $36.00 to Bay Ridge. I even filled out the paperwork before getting there, and asked the woman on the phone to make an appointment for 2:00 (It was 12:15). She said not to worry the car wouldn't sell. Lo and behold, when I got there, I was informed "that car was sold yesterday." When I was miffed being given the wrong information, they were barely apologetic and wanted to show me cars upwards of $16,000. DON'T TRUST THESE GUYS. OR KNOW THEY WILL ONLY SELL YOU A CAR FOR AROUND 16,000 OR HIGHER. More
