Great service advisor. I recently had my windshield replaced on my 2019 Nissan Altima and needed ADAS recalibration. I had spoken to one of the service advisors, Raj, who ha I recently had my windshield replaced on my 2019 Nissan Altima and needed ADAS recalibration. I had spoken to one of the service advisors, Raj, who had quoted me around $300 over the phone to complete the calibration. I go in person on a Saturday, and speak to Raj, he instructs me to wait in the waiting room while he finds out how long the process will take given it was a busy day for them. 20 minutes later - no update. End up having to get up to locate him. He then tells me that it would not be $300, but $1,800 as I had the Platinum edition and gave me this whole hoopla about the additional cameras, etc. Mind you, I had previously advised him that insurance would be covering the cost (milking the insurance company?). Also, the invoice through Safelite says the calibration would cost $200 (didn't go with Safelite because they weren't going to install original glass on my 6 month old car). Obviously knew something was up, and ended up not completing it that day. I later got in touch with another service advisor there, Victor Paredes. Absolute great and straight forward guy. Told me it would cost $630, and that he could not promise the job would be completed on Sat. but would have it ready by Monday. Come Monday, receive a call from him that the car is ready. I understand the need to markup services. But to markup the price 3 times more than another service advisor within the same company is not a good look. Especially given the repair was needed simply due to a windshield replacement. Only leaving this positive review due to Victor's professionalism. Thank you very much Victor. More

I've been to a few different Nissans and this is by far the best in the business, Nasr was my salesperson and he was great he showed me how to set up my phone to the car, how the sonar works when backing u the best in the business, Nasr was my salesperson and he was great he showed me how to set up my phone to the car, how the sonar works when backing up and how to use my foot to open and close the trunk. If your looking for a great salesperson with alot of knowledge Nasr is definitely the one to go to and Barry was also great he saved me money and I'm very happy. Steve and bobby More

By the time i drove off with my car I felt very comfortable with Christina her knowledge of cars were exceptional, she was very helpful & honest which is why I leased my car with Nissan . Received a promotion in the mail that they would pay off the balance of our lease. We dealt with Robert who said they would also cover any mileage over that was allowed on the returned car. Several months l the balance of our lease. We dealt with Robert who said they would also cover any mileage over that was allowed on the returned car. Several months later after getting the new car, the lease was not paid off. We went to the showroom to find out what the problem was. Robert denied telling 3 of us that we had to pay nothing out of pocket to satisfy the lease payoff. He lied to us!! More
