As I signed dozens of financial documents, I asked for copies. I was told I would be provided with copies on my way out. After 2 hours of finalizing the sale, I was given a folder. I thought it was the documents I signed, so fustrated with being there for so long I didn’t check. The lease agreement I was provided with had my FORGED signature. I know this for 2 reasons. 1 looks nothing like my signature. 2 it’s electricronic signature, I only did hangeritten signatures while there. My first name was also misspelled. I recently received a delivery confirmation, with yet ANOTHER FORGED signature of mine. I have attempted to correct this with salesman, Hector, manger Lisa, and corporate. No response. More

They lie about what is included with service packages. - to your face they say it includes x, y and z, but the actual doc you sign only includes x and 50% of the maintenance you were told you need for a lease, guess what you don't... they themselves don't even recommend it once you have bought the car. THIS IS A TERRIBLE PLACE, DO NOT GO HERE!!! More

Scammers. Dishonest business. Stay away! I went in to look at a car I saw on their used inventory webpage. The salesperson was very friendly, knowledgeable about the cars, and didn't pressur I went in to look at a car I saw on their used inventory webpage. The salesperson was very friendly, knowledgeable about the cars, and didn't pressure me at all. Unfortunately, this was the only positive thing I can say about the experience. 1. I told the salesperson that I was paying cash and was given the "Retail Price" shown on the website, NOT the "Our Price"...and they would not budge on the price. When I questioned the price discrepancy I was told that I could get the lower price was if I was financing, but buying the car outright with cash makes the price higher. This is just absurd...bait and switch. I appreciated the honesty of the salesman when he said that it's because the dealership gets a kickback from the bank when people finance. And no, their offer to throw in floor mats doesn't help. The price was way too high for the condition of the car. 2. Took the car for a test drive, and was not allowed to take it on the highway, just drove around a few neighborhood streets. Really? This just tells me they were trying to hide some issue with the car. Especially with the dirty and grimy interior condition and poor exterior condition. 3. I left a deposit to hold the car while I thought about it, and the salesman stressed several times that the deposit was fully refundable, no questions asked... A few days later I called and said I did not want the car and asked for my deposit back.... Well after several phone calls over several weeks, my refund was never processed. Putting a refund back on a credit card is very easy...there is no reason that it wouldn't get done immediately after the first call other than the fact that it is a dishonest business practice to try and keep people's money. I had to call my credit card company to reverse the charge in order to get my money back. This is just unacceptable. Steer clear of this dealership. There was nothing good about the experience. Dishonest business practices all around. More

Shady dealership I went into bayridge nissan today 12/1/2018 to look at the a 2017 honda civic lx sedan with about 5,700 miles they offered for sale at an asking pric I went into bayridge nissan today 12/1/2018 to look at the a 2017 honda civic lx sedan with about 5,700 miles they offered for sale at an asking price $16,302 The Stock # is : U29463A at the time of sale. The VIN of the vehicle is: 2HGFC2F56HH541529 It showed a clean carfax with no reported damage. I phoned ahead the day before and made an appointment at 3pm. They knew I was coming. I arrived and immediately started to inspect the vehicle for any damages which i found in about five minutes into the walk through. The rear drivers side door is covered in orange peel, the vehicle obviously had body work done to it yet they were trying to sell the car as if it were nearly new. I asked the salesman about the door and David responded that the car had come in like that. He asked me what i felt the car was worth. A two year old base model with body damage does not qualify as good or fair condition. The car blue books for about 16,500 in excellent condition. I thought it was worth 11,000 I offered ten. The sales manager was appalled at my offer. Was willing to drop the price about $300. Here’s what appailed me. The dealership is trying to pass off a car with body work as a car in excellent condition. Not acknowledging the body damage when being ASKED about it is shady and underhanded, trying to sell it at a premium price is insulting and that type of behavior without a doubt is not an isolated incident. Buyer beware. More

He didn’t find me a car within the period we agreed on and I requested refund. The agent was instructed by Chris to fill out the paperwork and promised that I will get the refund within 7 business days. It’s 14 days since then, I contacted them again and they promised to check, but still no refund. I only wish that I checked their reviews before I went there. Only 2 stars out of 5. *** Today is a happy day for me - finally got the refund. I want to thank Samantha who helped me. She was very efficient, professional and polite. More
No recommendation I went just to check my car status (yearly basis) which has a manufacturer warranty 3 years. Unfortunately, I had been charged $540.0. I didn't know what they did or was replaced or changed or added. Just checked the previous information from their computer and prepared the necessary estimated bill. The estimated bill was my final bill, it should be either more or less. But paid as they estimated, strange and shameful!! What they did only checked the vehicle and found ok. This inly checking bill. I will never recommend anyone to go there before checking with other service station. It was a great lesson for me. If the Nissan Bay Ridge continues this types of services, very soon they will lose their reputations. More
