I came into Bay Ridge Nissan with the intent of just doing a test drive and giving myself a week to make a decision however between the great customer service from Robert and the team and how smooth the test deive went, I decided to lease the Sentra on the same day. This is my first car and I appreciated the option to lease rather than to purchase the car. All of my questions were answered with great patience and Robert made sure I was able to walk out of the dealership with my car the same day (which was very exciting). Thank you Robert and Bay Ridge Nissan!! More
Service for key for car I had been scheduled to come and get a key made for my car for 9am on December 21st. I had my car towed to this dealership which had arrived there abo I had been scheduled to come and get a key made for my car for 9am on December 21st. I had my car towed to this dealership which had arrived there about 8:30am. I was then introduced to Ali assisted me with getting registered for my service then directed me to the waiting area. At first I thought the service was going well but it was not until about 12:30 when I went looking for Ali to check on the status of my vehicle that I was informed that they did not have the parts and would get it by tomorrow. I immediately felt disrespected for multiple reasons. One reason I was upset was because I had called to scheduled the appointment the day prior. I gave all of my information and was quoted and scheduled for an appointment. Why schedule me if you know you do not have the parts available? Secondly, I had my insurance company tow my car there (which was free) because they had confirmed with me that it was ok to bring my car. Thirdly had been sitting in a cold waiting room drinking cheap coffee and eating stale egg rolls for about 4 hours and no one had the decency to inform me about what was going on. Fourthly, I was suppose to be to work for eleven and no one had respect for my time and told me the it was basically my problem. Lastly, after expressing my frustration I was then offered a rental for a day which did not work with my schedule since I don't not work a simple 9-5. Since they believed they were going to inconvenience me twice and blatantly disrespected me I had no choice but to call but to call a tow truck and have them tow my vehicle to Kings Nissan in Coney Island which was $136.07 and buy not one key but two keys with them because I need to not ever be tried in the way I was today. I refuse to give this dealership any of my money and I don't care if I have to pay more money with another dealership because I need respect and good customer service in order for me to give anyone my hardworking money. With all this being said I give Nissan Bay Ridge zero stars and my experience at Kings Nissan in Coney Island was amazing and they waived my storage fee due to the horrible experience I had at Nissan Bay Ridge. This is just tea definitely no shade! More

Worst experience EVER! I I just bought a car here and it was the WORST experience I have ever had IN MY LIFE! I ended up being there for 10 HOURS! The used car manager promi I I just bought a car here and it was the WORST experience I have ever had IN MY LIFE! I ended up being there for 10 HOURS! The used car manager promised me he would replace a rim cap that was missing and repair some chips and scratches. He did buff out one of the scratches BUT he never replaced the cap and didn't even address the chip that he said he would. Overall they are completely disorganized and do not care about the customer AT ALL they just want to make the sale and get you to sign and then they don't care if you ever actually receive the car. I will never go back here ever again! More

I work 9-5 and they keep asking about 3pm. I tell them I can't I work 9-5. They tell me they open at 7am. Online it says service department open at 7am. They schedule me for 7am... get where I'm going? I get there for my 7am SCHEDULED APPOINTMENT. The guy tells me I'll be able to get my car at noon... I say "I work 9-5. I told the woman this over the phone this is why we scheduled for 7am." Oh well put mechanic doesn't get here until 8am anyway? So why schedule me for 7am. Oh because our 7am appointments are for people who leave their car here all day. You guys couldn't have told me this when you scheduled me for 7am? Before I woke up at 5am Monday morning? Before I drove here? I'll pay a mechanic to not deal with stuff like this over and over again. This place is awful. More
