NOT SATISFIED AFTER 2 MOS OF PURCHASE CONTACTED THE SALE PERSON WHO I DEALT WITH, HE PROMISED ME A FREE ALL WEATHER MATS. HE WANTED ME TO GIVE A GOOD SURVEY, WHICH I DID. NOW I CALL HIM UP CONTACTED THE SALE PERSON WHO I DEALT WITH, HE PROMISED ME A FREE ALL WEATHER MATS. HE WANTED ME TO GIVE A GOOD SURVEY, WHICH I DID. NOW I CALL HIM UP FOR THE MATS, HE SAID HE CAN'T GIVE IT TO ME BEC. I DIDN'T DO THE SURVEY. WELL THIS IS THE ONLY SITE THEY SENT TO MY EMAIL TO DO IT. WHAT I DONT LIKE IS PEOPLE MAKE PROMISES AND THEY WONT KEEP IT, IT'S NOT ABOUT THE MATS THAT I'M DISSAPPOINTED BUT HOW I WAS PROMISED. PIECE OF ADVICE DONT MAKE PROMISES IF YOU CANT KEEP IT. BY THE WAY I RETRACTED MY PREVIOUS REVIEW WAS ALL 5 STARS, AND ALL COMPLIMENT!!! More

FINANCE PEOPLE DO NOT CARE Went to Bay Ridge Nissan to lease a car. This is my fourth Nissan, but all not leased from Bay Ridge Nissan. When I got to the Finance Person, he conviced me to buy my old car and not lease the car I intended to lease. The papers were not explained properly they were just put in front of me to sign (my own falult for not reading them). When I got home and looked at the papers, I was paying $2,500. for Extended Warrany. I called the next day and asked to undue the tranaction and lease the new car. I was told that they could not do it. I aked to cancel the Extended Warranty and that is when they stopped talking to me. I sent about 15 e-mails to everyone at Bay Ridge Nissan and got no reply's. I had to go to Nissan USA, who were very helpful, to get the Extended Warranty cancelled. By not working with me or even talking to me Bay Ridge Nissan lost a cutomer for service and/or for a new car. All it would have taken was a phone call to tell me how I could cancel the Extended Warranty on my own. Bay Ridge Nissan does not care about it customers. More

Excellent experience! I have bought two cars from this dealership, and returned to trade in the last car I bought 8 years ago. I wanted to try out leasing a vehicle and rec I have bought two cars from this dealership, and returned to trade in the last car I bought 8 years ago. I wanted to try out leasing a vehicle and received very good info which convinced me to try it. I asked specifically for Steve W, who sold me my last car, and he came through once again! His technical expertise was beyond question and provided all the info I needed to make my decision. Ray, in the finance department, was also very knowledgeable and helpful in us deciding to lease. I went to the dealership late Wednesday evening, and drove away with a new car Thursday evening after work. The process was smooth and the staff was very professinal. I would recommend this dealership to anyone that asks! Thanks again to Steve W and Ray for making this experience painless and productive! More

False advertising - Completely deceptive and dishonest These guys are Exhibit A for why people distrust car salespersons. I was in the market for an Infiniti G37 and found 3 cars matching from this deal These guys are Exhibit A for why people distrust car salespersons. I was in the market for an Infiniti G37 and found 3 cars matching from this dealer based on the mileage and price I was interested in. I narrowed my interest to one specific vehicle and communicated with Logan who confirmed the vehicle was available and setup an appointment for two days later to drive and purchase the vehicle. On the day of the appointment, I again called (spoke to Tio) to confirm whether that car was still available and was again assured that it was. I arrived that evening and was met by Steven. I told Steven about the specific car I came in to see, he pulled up the car history report on his computer (no accidents, had been on the showroom for 30 days) and went to get the keys. 5 minutes later, said the car isn't on the property but has been sent to the bodyshop that day for minor bumper repairs.. Then I asked, about the 2nd vehicle... comes back 5 min later... unavailable, had already been sold. Then I asked about the third vehicle... comes back 5 min later... also sold. This was (As of this posting, this vehicle is being advertised for sale on the dealership’s site as well as this one) I probably should've walked out at this point... but since I was really interested in the car I said I would wait for the car to come back from the body shop which they indicated would take at most 2 days. Despite the error/lie about the car being available, they (Gino [Manager] and Steven) insisted I would still need to leave a deposit to hold the car. It was on a credit card so I agreed. Next day, I get a call from Steven saying he had some "bad news." (Color me shocked!) Apparently the body shop had discovered the car had been in an accident and that they couldn't sell the vehicle anymore. At this point, I just wanted to laugh… I still offered to buy the car but they made some excuse how they couldn’t sell a damaged vehicle directly. Then he tried to upsell another car, I declined, we ended the conversation. Few minutes later, I get a call from the Manager, Gino, to express his apology and again tried to sell another car.. These guys are extremely shady (a google search pulls up a recent lawsuit by the NY Attorney Generals Office for their deceptive practices). I will be forwarding my complaint to Nissan USA as well as the NY AG's office. More
Unprofessional I went in to the dealership just to do the paper work seeing how the loan had already been approved. The "Finance" guy says it only takes 25 minutes. I went in to the dealership just to do the paper work seeing how the loan had already been approved. The "Finance" guy says it only takes 25 minutes. Lovely I think being excited about get my car ? that was @ 6:30 Now it 8:30 after being told a number of times in 15 minutes smdh well after losing all joy regarding my car, the what I guess floor manager tell me that she sorry she didn’t know I was waiting smdh as if that what she’s taught in customer relations 101. Now mind you I’m not the only customer feeling this way or going through the same crap. In all that time never once was I or any other customer offered a cup or coffee nor anything to drink. Instead of just lying to me with “in 15 minutes” should had just inform me that it would be some time and I might want to run and get something to eat. But honesty with these people is a new concept smd. Well I left out of there at 9:30 and told the car would be ready tomorrow. Is is necessary to tell you that I didn’t get the car. Well if you want to be in a good mood when picking up your car, don’t repeat don’t go to Bay ridge Nissan. AND YES I’M STILL WAITING More

I never had such a bad dealing with Nissan until thiemorial I had my first xterra in 1999, in 2007, my wife bought an Altima which we replaced by rogue in 2008 from bay ridge Nissan. In 2011 we decided that fam I had my first xterra in 1999, in 2007, my wife bought an Altima which we replaced by rogue in 2008 from bay ridge Nissan. In 2011 we decided that family is getting bigger so we dicided to change the car to a pathfinder, which we also bought from bay ridge Nissan. Before Memorial Day, we dicided that it's time for me to replace my xterra with a new car so my wife and I went back to Bay Ridge Nissan, I was help by a David Martin, we signed the paper and order the car, I put a down payment on the 23rd of May, I was told that the car will arrive in 2-3 days. I waited until Wednesday nobody called me so on Thursday I went back to the dealership to find out what's going on, I was asked by Gino if somebody called me and I said no, he told me that my car is coming on Friday. But nobody called me. On the 31st of May I asked David Martin what is going on with my car he said he will let me know on Monday. But he did not call me back. I did not here anything from them at all so on June 3 I called different Nissan dealer to find out if they have xterra and koeppl Nissan helped me out. I went to koeppl on Thursday and I got my car the same day. On June 7, I send Martin a message that I already have my new car and I would like to get my deposit back. 8th of June Denisse called and discussed this matter. 10 days after I was called to fax the receipt back to them to process my refund which I did. Then 11 days after I got a call from her again saying they need my credit card number to refund my down payment. I gave them the info and until now I do not have my money yet. This is crazy. I am thinking of changing our pathfinder soon, feel like changing to Toyota instead More
