Short sighted customer service. Sales man Jethro created my NissanConnect password, kept it to himself. I got notices days after that the address for car owner was changed, yet he r Sales man Jethro created my NissanConnect password, kept it to himself. I got notices days after that the address for car owner was changed, yet he refused to answer enquiries about the issues I was having connecting to app. 3 weeks after, when I had to come in, he told me I should have know better than staying at home and calling his office line and unreliable office email. He suggested I report him to his manager, who took his turn insulting me for bothering him with rude sales man. The manager confirmed the culture of disregard for customers ran deep. It’s concerning to know people with such attitude have my personal financial details. More
