Charlie Murphy was my sales person. He did an excellent job assisting me with the purchase. He explained the whole process well and took the time to understand our needs and financial constraints. He explained everything and all the financial paper work I had to sign well. He was efficient and never pressure me to purchase extended warranties or extra when I declined. They both made the process of buying a car easily to go through. I was in my new car and driving in under 2 and half hours. This was not the case with Huntington Honda where it took five hours and I had a delivery date scheduled. More

Brought car in because of Low Tire Pressure light. Bought several cars at dealership and have always had them serviced there over 20 years. A service advisor whom we never saw before said to us , oh you've several cars at dealership and have always had them serviced there over 20 years. A service advisor whom we never saw before said to us , oh you've been here before for the same thing. You don't have an appt and it will be a 2 hour wait. So much for customer loyalty. Went nearby to Mavis Tire and was in and out in 10 minutes and solved the issue. Not sure they we will come back anymore. Service dept. is not like it used to be. More
