Even with an appointment, took 2 hours for basically a tire rotation. Visit should haven taken 10 minutes. I should have waited for my synthetic oil change because I get only 5 visits in 2 years. They charged $150 to read the check engine light that said to replace the gas cap (30 dollar part). Plus I did another couple of hundred dollar in other repairs.
