Sales person called my auto insurance and (without my knowledge, dropped the policy on my vehicle before I took possession of the new vehicle. Sales Person allowed me to leave the dealership without my knowledge, dropped the policy on my vehicle before I took possession of the new vehicle. Sales Person allowed me to leave the dealership without my registration sticker. Sales manager emailed me stating that both the heated seats and remote start had been installed in the car I was looking to buy, When I went to pick up the car, I found out that the remote start was not installed. Had I not asked the sales person how to use the remote start, I would have left the dealership thinking that it had been installed. Sales person had poor knowledge of the vehicle. Did not know whether or not my RAV4 came with a cargo liner. Sales person had poor knowledge of how the Service Dept works. When asked if I should make an appointment to bring the car to have the remote start installed, he told me I didn't have to and that was incorrect. Installation of remote start took two days. Service coordinator was not proactive in keeping us informed about the status of the job. More

We have been leasing from Toyota of Huntington as this was our fourth time, my wife’s lease was not up until April but Empire was looking for us to terminate the lease early as her car had very low mileag was our fourth time, my wife’s lease was not up until April but Empire was looking for us to terminate the lease early as her car had very low mileage and was in excellent condition. We made an appointment and was greeted by Charles Murphy who we met on a previous visit to showroom months early but at that time we could not make a favorable deal but this time Charles Murphy worked really hard to make sure that we did not walk out of the showroom without a new 2021 Highlander Limited. The lease numbers were extremely fair got the car my wife wanted in the color with all the options. Charles spent time going over the car in detail setting up the phone for apple play showing us how it works along with the other new options in the Highlander. We highly recommend Empire Of Huntington and over many years we never had a negative experience. Thank you again Charles Murphy and the rest of the team for giving a great leasing experience. More
