Great experience! I felt safe entering the showroom in this "phase 2" world as everyone was masked and even opened the door so I wouldn't have to touch it. There were partitions and hand sanitizer at each of the sales tables. I wasn't sure what I was looking for, and Charlie was wonderful as he explained everything clearly and answered all my questions. He was super friendly, but not pushy. When I came back a few days later, Charlie was quick to come over and help me and get me into a car for a test drive (which he did not attend for safety purposes.). I really can't recommend him highly enough. Ask for Charlie Murphy! More
