I want to sincerely apologize for your experience and the frustration it has caused. If tire rotations or other services were promised but not performed, that is completely unacceptable. You should always receive the work you are paying for, especially under an extended service plan. I am also very concerned that you were not called back after reaching out to our service manager — communication and follow-through are fundamental, and we clearly fell short here. I will personally review your service history, including your Bronco’s visits, and make sure we address both the missed work and your extended service plan concerns.
