Terrible experience. Avoid this place at all costs. They will try to take every cent they can from your wallet and have ZERO transparency on the final price or the actual Avoid this place at all costs. Miguel showed me a 2023 Audi Q5 that was being offered on CarGurus at 24,900 USD. I called Miguel Cruz to ask if that was the final price. He said there were some additional 2 thousand (2,000) USD that the dealership always "added" to the final cost, but that he would talk to his boss to make sure I would not get charged that extra money. Not only did they keep the 2K in the final price, they never told me they were leaving it there until after about 3 hours I had spent there, and was already signing the contract. ZERO TRANSPARENCY: When I arrived, Miguel showed me the car without washing and with the windows open. He told me he wanted it to be "aired" but did not say why. I drove it around and because the windows had been open for a while, I never noticed an odor of cigarette smoke. Of course, after I bought it, and drove it a bit with the windows closed, the odor appeared and it's been very difficult to eliminate despite several professional Ozone treatments. Miguel also did not mention that the car had some scratches that I could not see because when he showed me the car, it had not been washed, even though I told him I was going to be there hours before getting there. Of course, by the time I bought it and the car had been properly washed, the scratches appeared and Miguel made it seem like he had no idea those were there. YEAH RIGHT. When signing the deal, the finance lady told me that the dealership had made a mistake in the price of the car and that they were actually loosing some money, so they had to find ways to increase the price for me. In other words, I had to pay for their mistake. The car was also missing the front car mats, so I had to purchase some additional ones. Of course, Miguel never told me this. Not only that, the dealership had placed some paper floor mats they put when they clean a car (although the car was super dirty) precisely so that I could not see that the actual ones were missing. When I told the finance lady that I did not want to pay for the additional 2K for packages that were supposed to be OPTIONAL, she said that every car comes with that additional cost and that the General Manager would not accept. I just read that, per California laws, it's pretty much illegal for them to force you to pay for those additional costs. It's the lack of transparency, the trickery, and the sensation that Miguel, the General Manager, and the finance lady were making every effort to mislead me and had zero transparency. I am contemplating a formal complaint and taking additional steps. These things should not happen to anyone. I do not care if this is a "usual" practice. It's just wrong. More
You had one battery in stock, apparently dropped and danaged. They had to order another. The rep that helped me didn't say it was dropped to begin with till I asked another question a litter later.
