This dealership adds on $3000 to the lease buyout price (without warning or explanation) and then says it’s to pre-certify your car as a certified used vehicle. It’s not optional; if you decline the pre-ce (without warning or explanation) and then says it’s to pre-certify your car as a certified used vehicle. It’s not optional; if you decline the pre-certification they will refuse to sell you your car that you just leased from them for 3 years. The general manager actually said they “have to make money somehow” and he has “employees to pay.” I had to go to a different dealership to buy out my lease. Spoke with 3 other dealerships that do not have a mandatory charge of $3000 to pre-certify. More

Brenda was very helpful the entire time my husband and I were looking for our new car. She was able to locate the Explorer we wanted. It is no surprise to me that good workers are leaving in droves. They were great as Vista, and initially when Envision took over, but the latest GM has run this dealer and service center into the ground. It’s a real shame. More
