I brought my truck in for front and back camera warranty replacement. Check in was prompt and polite. I was notified that the job was completed. I came to pick up my truck and the service guy Moises said t replacement. Check in was prompt and polite. I was notified that the job was completed. I came to pick up my truck and the service guy Moises said the new front camera became cloudy after installation. I couldn’t wait to do further service so I came home. I inspected the back camera and it was new and the video displayed good. The front camera video looked the same as I brought in. I inspected the front camera and it was the old camera still there. I was lied to by the service person and I’m really upset. He said the mechanic replaced the front camera. He said that many times when they install new cameras they have the same problem. That didn’t make sense. What are you going to do for me? More

I had an appointment for 11 a. m. just for maintenance. Oil change, tire rotation, fluid check etc.. It was also recommended that I get an alignment done. I figured I'd just wait fo m. just for maintenance. Oil change, tire rotation, fluid check etc.. It was also recommended that I get an alignment done. I figured I'd just wait for it to be done. It wasn't anything major instead of dropping off. Well my car was not finished until after 5. They didn't even get to the alignment so it was over 6 hours to get an oil change and replace my engine filter. Absolutely ridiculous More
