I had asked for only an inspection when I had arrived. Originally I was scheduled for an oil change and tire rotation. It was not yet time for an oil change on my vehicle. I was wondering why it took 2+ hrs for an inspection. When it came time to pay, they did my oil change and rotation even though the service coordinator crossed it out. Lack of communication between the techs and advisors. I can’t imagine if we’re something more major that I had asked them not to do. They didn’t make me pay for it, and I got a free oil change, etc. A win for me because now I don’t need to do it myself but definitely a loss on their end. Time and money. More

Recall work was performed and explained upon completion. Loaner car was provided so I wasn't in the dealership for over 3 hours. Only issue that I had was that before the recall work was started I got a call that there were other "issues" that needed to be addressed and would I like to have them done now. I appreciate that the items were noted, but I brought the car there for the recalls. I only had time for that work, and I'm sure the "to do list" took more time that I just didn't have on this date. They did list those items so I could address them when I have time, but I wish they saved that for when it would have been convenient for me. More
