After waiting 3 hours for scheduled air bag recall i was notified that i was being charged $ 52. 00 to check a wheel bearing problem. First of all, the Ertle associates couldn't be more responsive and attentive to my problem. However, this was my third visit trying to resolve my hands-free problem as whenever I try to use it, it res responsive and attentive to my problem. However, this was my third visit trying to resolve my hands-free problem as whenever I try to use it, it responds "function not available". This time Zach deleted and reinstalled Blue Tooth and the function worked when I tested it before I left the dealership. However, during a drive to Belleville, NJ yesterday, I tried to m ake four hands-free calls and each time received the "function not available" message. Since Zach showed me how to make calls using SIRI, I was able to make the calls. However, this is a new car with about 4,000 miles and I expect all functions to be working!!! I spoke with CJ this morning who explained that Subaru was working on a software update which should be available in September. With an abundance of patience, I've agreed to wait until then - provided there are no other malfunctions. If there are, I would expect the unit to be replaced. More
