I recently had my vehicle towed to Ertle Subaru for not starting and no cranking issues in addition to inspection, alignment and oil and filter change. The techs and the service teams were very professiona starting and no cranking issues in addition to inspection, alignment and oil and filter change. The techs and the service teams were very professional in keeping me posted on the status of my vehicle during the discovery diagnosis process. They told my based on the initial diagnosis that they were unable to get any code(s) on the vehicle since it had no power to starter from the computer. The techs continued the process until they found a clip broken on the wiring harness which prevent the power flow from the ignition to the starter when the starting process was requested from the ignition key by switching it to the starting position. The replace the clip on the wiring harness and the vehicle immediately started up. They then continue on with the other work requested and informed me of the progress. I was very happy to hear that it was only a broken clip that caused the problem. This dealer has always been very reliable and honest in repairing my vehicle over the years. I would definitely recommend anyone with a Subaru to take their vehicle to them for servicing. More

Normally have no problem with service center. In this appointment (recall) we were mislead as to time schedule. Car was brought in at 9:30 AM. Were told service should take about 1 1/2 - 2 hours and for appointment (recall) we were mislead as to time schedule. Car was brought in at 9:30 AM. Turned out that our car was not completed until late in the afternoon. Was not prepared for this delay, as we had another appointment. More
