This was the most enjoyable oil change I have ever sat through. Everyone at Ertle is excellent and make you feel at home. Very comfortable waiting area with coffee and snacks. I was promised a $25 Sunoco card but they were not doing that promotion anymore. They said they would compensate me some other way by the end of the week, but I never heard anything. I haven't pursued it. I felt a little bad. More
