After constantly being told to come in for some amazing pricing I decided An absolute horrific experience working with Bill Eassa and Yousef Altaher. After constantly being told to come in for some amazing pricing I decided to drive pretty far out to go visit this dealer. I knew what I wanted and after a quick look at the new 2018 model I sat down and talked pricing. I made an offer and was counteroffered with a price that said OTD on the back of their business card and I promptly accepted. I didn't have my diploma on me for my grad discount so I left after shaking on the deal and having the price written and shaking hands with Yousef and Bill. Agreeing to return the next day and finish the deal off. The next day I bring my wife and brother and what an embarrassment and waste of time that was. Bill does not listen to what you say. He tries every lame salesman tactic on you. first it was the lame excuse of oh you shouldve bought that day etc. but basically came back with a price $500 more then the OTD price written on the business card. That was lame but fine I was still gonna buy. Then after so many questions to confirm the price we'd be paying OTD to Bill he kept saying yes and beating around the bush with other talk when asked to show the final breakdown but kept confirming the price OTD. Again the price was agreed and shook on including with a new manager this time. Paperwork began. Long wait times. At this point its been 1.5 hours and we go to the finance guy who when finalizing payment mentions the monthly payment. I stopped him in his tracks as it was an outrageous amount that didn't make sense. he then said the Out the door price didn't include a $3,000 downpayment. I had never even mentioned putting down 3,000 so idk where they got that number from. We quickly called Bill in to the office in which he made a scene and yelled at us and then said it was our fault we didn't know it was OTD plus downpayment. I would've still paid more for the car but after an insult and telling us no and to leave I wouldn't ever deal with them anyways. Way too shady. They called the next morning but I didn't pick up. I rather take my business elsewhere. Can't imagine how many poor people they've scammed like this by trying to pull a fast one and getting them to sign on a high payment that didn't even make sense even if it was OTD plus downpayment. AVOID AT ALL COSTS! More
