I started looking for a car online, and came across GMC Ewing. I sent an email in asking about a few cars on the lot, and within in minutes I received an email, followed by a phone call to follow up. We discussed what I was looking for and a hour or so later I received another email with two available options that met what I was looking for. I then filled out a brief credit application online, and met with Mr. St Louis the following day. We went for a test drive, and the rest is history. The easiest car buying experience I have had. Mr. St Louis was very professional and provided great customer service. I would buy another car from him in the future. More
When we were trying to select a vehicle, the salesman was very intent on getting us the vehicle that my wife wanted. He could not find her first choice. After we had finished the financial paperwork and had taken the car home, I had some financial questions. I called the dealership, but the answers I got did not satisfy me. I then did some research and got information that did satisfy me. Our overall experience was very good; however, two things bothered me: (1) we were not told when we did the financial dealing that one of the discounts we thought we were getting wasn't available, and (2) we were not told the cost to get the vehicle from another dealership. He was the first person to call me when I filled out the service form online. And, he helped make sure I was taken care of expediently. Ewing provided a loaner car while servicing mine, which is above an beyond what I was expecting. Thus far, this has been the best dealership experience I've had. Ewing is focused on it's customers. And, they offer cars at competitive prices. If you're looking for a Buick, start here. You probably won't need to go anywhere else. More
