I had never bought a vehicle by myself before and I soon felt comfortable with him and realized I could trust his experience and knowledge. Randy was very patient with me as a first time buyer, answering all my questions and explaining procedures so I could understand. I am convinced I now have exactly the right car for me and appreciate the work of all of Ewing Buick's employees in helping me to purchase it. Everyone I met greeted me and asked if they could help. There was a positive and friendly atmosphere in the entire facility. I will certainly recommend this dealership to all my friends. More

Looking for a new Lacrosse, my wife and I had shopped around at other dealers and never felt comfortable, but after looking at the reviews for Suzanne on here, we realized these were real people who had around at other dealers and never felt comfortable, but after looking at the reviews for Suzanne on here, we realized these were real people who had a lot of good things to say about her. We decided to meet her the next day, and felt very comfortable with her right from the start. She took the time to listen to us, point out things which would save us money, and had a TON of patience with us all the way through. (And I do mean a TON of patience!) Today our new Lacrosse arrived, and both before as well as after the sale, she took the time to help us learn more about our new car. She made sure we were completely comfortable. By the time we were ready to leave, she knew us well enough that she already knew how we would set up new features!
